ImageConverte provides free, browser-based image tools including:

• Image format conversion (WebP, AVIF, PNG, JPEG)
• AI-powered background removal

All processing occurs entirely within your browser. No image data is transmitted to our servers. The service is provided free of charge with no account required.

3. Your Content and Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your images. We make no claim to any images you process using our tools.

Output images produced by ImageConverte (converted formats, background-removed images) are entirely yours to use, including for commercial purposes. You are responsible for ensuring you own or have appropriate rights to any images you upload.

The ImageConverte website, its design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of ImageConverte and may not be reproduced without permission.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ImageConverte to:

• Process images you do not have the right to use
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the service
• Circumvent any technical measures protecting the site
• Use automated tools to place excessive load on the service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED $0, AS THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE.
